Notice to pay; receipts and entries on lien docket. The treasurer then shall notify the property owner that the installments are due and payable, but a failure of any owner to receive the notice shall not prevent collection of the installment as provided in ORS 223.270. When the treasurer returns the bond lien docket, the recorder shall make the proper entries on the bond lien docket showing the amount of each payment and the date of the payment.
