Statute Text
Officers assume duties under charter. At whatever time the charter of the consolidated city specifies the officers elected at the election referred to in ORS 222.280 shall be entitled to enter upon the duties of their respective offices, upon qualifying therefor in accordance with the charter, and shall hold their respective offices for whatever terms are prescribed by the charter.
