Definitions for ORS 221.275 to 221.290.
As used in ORS 221.275 to 221.290:
(1) Owner or owner
of a vehicle means the person listed as the owner of a vehicle in the records
of the Department of Transportation.
(2) Rental or
leasing company means any person engaged in the business of renting or leasing
motor vehicles to the public. [1995 c.533 §2]
