Farmworker housing; compliance with agricultural land use policy required.
It is the intent of the
Legislative Assembly that the provision of farmworker housing, as defined in
ORS 215.278, not allow other types of dwellings not otherwise permitted in
exclusive farm use zones and that farmworker housing be consistent with the intent
and purposes set forth in ORS 215.243. [1989 c.964 §9; 2001 c.613 §10; 2003
