Statute Text
Fees
not collectible from public bodies.
The fees prescribed in ORS 21.235, and the fees established or authorized by
the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court under ORS 21.258, may not be collected
from the state, from the county in which the court is located or from a city in
the county in which the court is located. [2012 c.48 §11]
