Statute Text
Motion
fees in domestic relations cases.
(1) In any action or other proceeding subject to a fee under ORS 21.155, a $167
fee must be paid by the party filing a motion that seeks entry of a
supplemental judgment and by a party responding to the motion.
(2) The fee
provided for in subsection (1) of this section does not apply to any motion
under ORCP 68, 69 or 71.
(3) In any action
or other proceeding subject to a fee under ORS 21.155, a $56 fee must be paid
by the party filing a motion under ORS 107.434 and by a party responding to the
