Boundaries of counties bordering Pacific Ocean. (1) The boundaries of all counties bordering on the Pacific Ocean extend to the western boundary of the state as defined in the Oregon Constitution. (2) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1) of this section, planning for ocean resources and for submerged and submersible lands of the territorial sea shall be accomplished as set forth in ORS 196.405 to 196.515.
