Statute Text
Boundary
of the state defined.
As used in this chapter, boundary of the state or similar words means the
boundary of Oregon described in section 1 of the Act of Congress admitting
Oregon into the union, approved February 14, 1859 (11 Stat. 383), as modified
by the Oregon-Washington Columbia River Boundary Compact set forth in ORS
186.520. [1967 c.421 §189]
