Statute Text
Policy.
It is the
policy of this state to:
(1) Work with the
States of Washington and California to explore the possibility of development
of communication information systems including a computerized system of coastal
and marine resource information.
(2) Work with the
States of Washington and California to develop compatible programs of ocean oil
spill response, damage assessment and compensation.
(3) Cooperate and
coordinate with adjacent states to develop a regional approach to obtaining fisheries
