Statute Text
Representation on compact. One member of the Senate appointed by the President of the Senate and one member of the House of Representatives appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives shall act as the representatives of the State of Oregon on the Pacific Ocean Resources Compact in accordance with the powers and duties set forth in the compact.
