Statute Text
Status of commission employees for purposes of certain benefits. (1) The Columbia River Gorge Commission established under ORS 196.150 may designate its employees as employees and the commission as an employer subject to the Oregon Public Employees Retirement System under ORS chapters 238 and 238A or as an employer and employees subject to a retirement system provided by the State of Washington under the laws of the State of Washington. (2) The commission may designate its employees as employees eligible under benefit plans provided under ORS 243.105 to 243.285 or under benefit plans provided under the laws of the State of Washington.
