Authority for state officers and agencies to carry out duties under compact.
The Governor, the Columbia River
Gorge Commission and all state agencies and counties are hereby directed and
provided authority to carry out their respective functions and responsibilities
in accordance with the compact executed under ORS 196.150 to 196.165 and the
Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area Act. [Formerly 390.505]
