Statute Text
Exercise of eminent domain; property value.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in any
proceeding by a state agency or local government to acquire property within the
Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area, through the exercise of the power of
eminent domain, the property value shall not be reduced because of any
diminution in value resulting from the potential of the taking. [1987 c.856 §6]
