Reporting local government boundary changes to certain mass transit districts.
If changes in the urban growth
boundary of a local government must be included in the boundaries of a mass
transit district formed under ORS 267.107, the local government shall provide
the mass transit district with a legal description of the urban growth boundary
and changes to the urban growth boundary that consists of a series of courses
in which the first course starts at a point of beginning and the final course
ends at the point of beginning. [2001 c.138 §13b]
