Statute Text
Duties
of ombudsman.
(1)
For the purpose of helping to ensure that a claim is complete, as described in
ORS 195.312, the Compensation and Conservation Ombudsman may review a proposed
claim if the review is requested by a claimant that intends to file a claim
under ORS 195.305 and 195.310 to 195.314.
(2) At the
request of the claimant or the public entity reviewing a claim, the ombudsman
may facilitate resolution of issues involving a claim under ORS 195.305 to
