Statute Text
Ombudsman.
(1) The
Governor shall appoint an individual to serve, at the pleasure of the Governor,
as the Compensation and Conservation Ombudsman.
(2) The ombudsman
must be an individual of recognized judgment, objectivity and integrity who is
qualified by training and experience to:
(a) Analyze
problems of land use planning, real property law and real property valuation;
and
(b) Facilitate
resolution of complex disputes. [2007 c.424 §17]
