Statute Text
Annexation plan provisions.
(1) An annexation plan adopted under ORS 195.205 shall include:
(a) The timing
and sequence of annexation.
(b) Local
standards of urban service availability required as a precondition of
annexation.
(c) The planned
schedule for providing urban services to the annexed territory.
(d) The effects
on existing urban services providers.
(e) The long-term
benefits of the annexation plan.
(2) An annexation
plan shall be consistent with all applicable comprehensive plans. [1993 c.804 §16;
