Statute Text
Annual
county reports on comprehensive planning compliance.
Upon the expiration of one year
after the date of the approval of the goals and guidelines and annually
thereafter, each county governing body, upon request of the Land Conservation
and Development Commission, shall report to the commission on the status of
comprehensive plans within each county. Each report shall include:
(1) Copies of
comprehensive plans reviewed by the county governing body and copies of land
use regulations applied to areas of critical state concern within the county.
(2) For those
areas or jurisdictions within the county without comprehensive plans, a
statement and review of the progress made toward compliance with the goals. [Formerly
