Statute Text
Grants, donations and gifts. (1) The Department of Justice may seek, solicit, receive and administer monetary grants, donations and gifts to establish and operate the Address Confidentiality Program. (2) All moneys received by the department under subsection (1) of this section shall be deposited in the Department of Justice Operating Account created in ORS 180.180. Amounts deposited under this section are continuously appropriated to the department to carry out the provisions of ORS 192.820 to 192.868. [2005 c.821 §17] Note: See note under 192.820.
