Statute Text
Additional response time for notice or other paper. Notwithstanding any other law and the Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure, whenever a program participant has the right or is required to do some act or take some proceedings within a prescribed period of 10 days or less after the service of a notice or other paper upon the program participant and the notice or paper is served by mail pursuant to ORS 192.820 to 192.868, five days shall be added to the prescribed period.
