Statute Text
Severability.
If
any provision of ORS 192.583 to 192.607 or the application thereof to any
person or circumstance is held invalid for any reason, such invalidity shall
not affect any other provision or application of ORS 192.583 to 192.607 which
can remain in effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this
end the provisions of ORS 192.583 to 192.607 are severable. [Formerly 192.595]
