Notification of change to public records laws. The Legislative Counsel shall notify the committees or interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to the judiciary, or their designee, and the Oregon Sunshine Committee if a measure that changes an exemption from disclosure for public records or existing standards of disclosure for public records is introduced.
