Statute Text
Submission to regional office.
The parties shall submit to the northwest regional office of the American
Arbitration Association:
(1) Duplicate
copies of a notice of intention to arbitrate;
(2) Duplicate
copies of each partys statement of the nature of the dispute, the amount of
money involved, if any, and the remedy sought; and
(3) The
administrative fee required by the association. [1981 c.857 §3]
