Statute Text
Where appeals heard. An appeal taken from any circuit court in any county lying east of the Cascade Mountains, except Klamath and Lake, shall be heard at Pendleton, unless otherwise ordered by the Court of Appeals if it has jurisdiction of the cause or if the cause is before the Supreme Court unless otherwise stipulated between the parties. All other appeals to the Supreme Court or to the Court of Appeals shall be heard at Salem, unless other locations are designated under ORS 1.085 (2).
