to 184.455. (b) May study and recommend methodological changes to the Oregon Department of Administrative Services to improve the Oregon Housing Needs Analysis’ functions and suitability for its purposes under subsection (1) of this section. The departments shall solicit written and oral public testimony to inform their recommendations. (5) As used in ORS 184.451 to 184.455, “city” and “city with a population of 10,000 or greater” have the meanings given those terms in ORS 197A.015.
