Statute Text
Rules.
The Oregon Department of
Administrative Services, with the approval of the Governor, may:
(1) Adopt
reasonable rules and regulations that are necessary or proper for the
administration of the laws that the department is charged with administering;
and
(2) Adopt by rule
uniform policies or procedures applicable to multiple state agencies, boards or
