Statute Text
Acceptance of federal grant of funds; expenditure limitations. Subject to the provisions of ORS 291.375, the Department of Justice may submit applications for federal grants and, when approved, accept and expend funds received subject to budgetary limits imposed by the Legislative Assembly or as modified by the Emergency Board. [1977 c.754 §4]
