Statute Text
Investigators to have authority of peace officers.
Investigators employed by the
Attorney General under ORS 180.320 to 180.365 shall have all the authority
given by statute to peace officers of this state, including the authority to
serve and execute warrants of arrest. [1957 c.105 §7]
