District attorneys not relieved from duties relating to enforcement of support
laws.
ORS 180.320
to 180.365 are not intended to relieve any district attorney from performing
the duties, powers and functions of the district attorney under the statutes of
this state relating to the enforcement of support and of the criminal laws of
this state. [1957 c.105 §5]
