Exemption not applicable to certain liens, mortgages and interests. ORS 18.395 to 18.422 do not apply to construction liens for work, labor or material done or furnished exclusively for the improvement of the homestead property, to purchase money liens, to mortgages lawfully executed, or to the enforcement of a seller’s rights under a land sale contract, as defined by ORS 18.960.
