Statute Text
Adjudication of claim of exemption.
The judgment debtors claim of exemption shall, upon application of either
plaintiff or judgment debtor, be adjudicated in a summary manner at a hearing
in the court out of which the execution issues. [Formerly 23.168; 2005 c.542 §56]
