Statute Text
Authority of Chief Justice. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court by rule or order may: (1) Authorize or require that specified requests for relief that are not governed by other legal authority be decided by judgment; and (2) Authorize or require the use of a limited or supplemental judgment for specified requests for relief that are not governed by other legal authority.
