Statute Text
Rules;
employees.
(1) In
accordance with any applicable provisions of ORS chapter 183, the Department of
Corrections, the Department of Human Services and the Oregon Health Authority
may adopt any rules necessary to carry out ORS 179.610 to 179.770.
(2) Subject to
any applicable provision of the State Personnel Relations Law, the agency may
employ employees necessary to carry out ORS 179.610 to 179.770. [Subsections
