Statute Text
Work on state-owned land. The Department of Corrections and the Oregon Health Authority may direct the employment of able-bodied persons at the agencies’ respective institutions, in the performance of useful work upon land owned by the state if it does not compete with free labor. Work may not be performed upon any such land except by consent and approval of the agency of the state having management of the land.
