Oregon Revised Statutes Chapter 179 § 179.055 — Disposition of income from property; maintenance of property

Disposition of income from property; maintenance of property. (1) The revenue from the rental or lease of property administered by an institution governed or managed by the Department of Corrections, the Department of Human Services or the Oregon Health Authority, except dormitory and housing rentals at institutions governed by the agencies, shall be deposited in the account of the respective agency for use by the respective agency to pay for the cost of administration, taxes, repairs and improvements on the property. (2) The agencies may request the Oregon Department of Administrative Services to make necessary repairs and improvements on the property described in subsection (1) of this section to be paid for by the agencies from the proceeds derived from such rental or lease of the property or from appropriations otherwise available.
