Statute Text
Purchase of state flags for Armed Forces by Secretary of State. Upon written request and at the discretion of the Secretary of State, the Secretary of State is authorized to purchase and furnish an Oregon State Flag to units or to individual Oregon members of the Armed Forces of the United States serving at home or abroad. The cost of furnishing such flags shall be paid out of funds appropriated or made available from other sources to the Secretary of State to carry out the purpose of this section. [Formerly 279.795]
