State
Department of Energy Account.
There is continuously appropriated from the Motor Vehicle Division Account to
the State Department of Energy, for deposit in the State Department of Energy
Account, sufficient moneys for the payment of expenses incurred under chapter
606, Oregon Laws 1975, subject to limitations on payment of expenses as
approved under legislative authority. [Formerly 176.810; 2003 c.186 §9]
