Statute Text
Service of subpoena upon Governor.
Notwithstanding any provision of the Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure or other
laws of this state, service of subpoena upon the Governor shall be made by
delivering a copy to the legal counsel to the Governor or, in the legal counsels
absence, an assistant to the Governor. [1983 c.82 §3]
