Statute Text
Maintaining
confidentiality of draft measures.
The Legislative Revenue Officer or any employee of the Legislative Revenue
Officer may not reveal to any person not an employee of the Legislative Revenue
Officer the contents or nature of any confidential draft measure provided to
the Legislative Revenue Officer by the Legislative Counsel. [2001 c.45 §6]
