Oregon Revised Statutes Chapter 173 § 173.790 — Stores

Stores Revolving Account; Property and Supplies Stores Account. (1) There is established for the Legislative Administration Committee a Stores Revolving Account. The committee may pay for rent, staff, stocks of supplies, materials, equipment and fixtures used under ORS 173.785 from the Stores Revolving Account for the purpose of supplying current requirements, the cost of which shall be reimbursed to the revolving account through receipts on the basis of sales. The moneys in the Stores Revolving Account are appropriated continuously to the committee for the purposes of this subsection. (2) Quarterly any amount in the Stores Revolving Account in excess of $30,000 shall be transferred and credited to the State Capitol Operating Account established under ORS 276.003, to be accounted for separately and to be used as provided in ORS 173.785 (2). The use shall be considered to be an operating and maintenance expense of the State Capitol. (3) There is established for the Legislative Administration Committee a Property and Supplies Stores Account. The committee may pay for rent, staff, stocks of supplies, materials, equipment and fixtures used to provide supplies for resale to tenants of the State Capitol from the Property and Supplies Stores Account for the purpose of supplying current requirements, the cost of which shall be reimbursed to the account through receipts on the basis of sales.
