Statute Text
Maintaining confidentiality of draft measures.
The Legislative Fiscal Officer or
any employee of the Legislative Fiscal Officer may not reveal to any person not
an employee of the Legislative Fiscal Officer the contents or nature of any
confidential draft measure provided to the Legislative Fiscal Officer by the
Legislative Counsel. [2001 c.45 §5]
