Statute Text
Disposition of moneys collected or received by commission.
All moneys collected or received
by the Oregon Law Commission shall be paid into the General Fund of the State
Treasury. Such moneys are continuously appropriated for and shall be used by
the commission in carrying out the purposes for which the funds are received. [1997
