Statute Text
Employment of staff.
Subject to the approval of the committee, the Legislative Counsel may employ
and fix the compensation of such professional assistants and clerical and other
employees as the Legislative Counsel deems necessary for the effective conduct
of the work under the charge of the Legislative Counsel. [1953 c.492 §11; 1973
