Statute Text
Preparation of initiative measures.
The Legislative Counsel shall cooperate with the proponents of an initiative
measure in its preparation when:
(1) Requested in
writing so to do by 50 or more electors proposing the measure; and
(2) In the
judgment of the committee there is reasonable probability that the measure will
be submitted to the electors of the state under the laws relating to the
submission of initiative measures. [1953 c.492 §4]
