Statute Text
Contracts to provide fiscal data.
The Legislative Fiscal Officer and Legislative Revenue Officer are authorized
to contract with other agencies or persons to provide fiscal data necessary to
carry out the provisions of ORS 173.025 to 173.055. [1977 c.414 §4]
