Forms
for reports, registrations and statements; rules; electronic filing.
In carrying out the provisions of
ORS 171.725 to 171.785, the Oregon Government Ethics Commission shall:
(1) Prescribe by
rule forms for registrations, statements and reports required to be filed by
ORS 171.725 to 171.785 and provide the forms to persons required to register
and to file the statements and reports.
(2) Accept and
file any information voluntarily supplied that exceeds the requirements of ORS
