Certified copy of statute or rule of civil procedure published in Oregon
Revised Statutes; form; fee.
(1) Upon request of any person, the Secretary of State may certify under the
seal of the State of Oregon:
(a) A copy of any
statute of this state published in the Oregon Revised Statutes.
(b) A copy of any
rule contained in the Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure and published in the
Oregon Revised Statutes.
(2) The
certification of the Secretary of State shall state that the statute or rule
was published in the Oregon Revised Statutes and shall specify the edition of
the Oregon Revised Statutes in which the statute or rule appeared.
(3) The Secretary
of State may charge a fee for the cost of reproducing and certifying a copy of
a statute or rule requested under this section. [1983 c.245 §1]
