Statute Text
Status
of facility for custody of misdemeanants and violators.
(1) For purposes of sentencing and
custody of a misdemeanant, a regional correctional facility shall be considered
a county local correctional facility.
(2) For purposes
of sentencing or custody of a person for violating a city ordinance, the
regional correctional facility shall be considered a city local correctional
