Statute Text
Hunting in cemeteries prohibited.
(1) Hunting in cemeteries is prohibited.
(2) As used in
subsection (1) of this section hunting has the meaning for that term provided
in ORS 496.004.
(3) Violation of
subsection (1) of this section is a misdemeanor. [1973 c.468 §2; 1987 c.158 §30]
