Statute Text
Disclosure of results prohibited; exception.
No law enforcement agency shall disclose lists of
telephone numbers produced by a pen register or trap and trace device except in
the performance of a law enforcement function or as otherwise provided by law
or order of a court. [1989 c.983 §25]
